I have successfully managed projects for both startup groups moving into their first spaces and some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. My project experience spans costs from a few thousand dollars to several hundred million, covering everything from carpet and paint refreshes to major design-build lab and research facilities, cGMP, Vivarium, and campus expansion developments.
With a background in electrical and general contracting project management, I leverage my expertise to design and implement complex systems tailored to each client’s needs. I work closely with all stakeholders to develop design standards and end-user requirements, ensuring accurate construction documents for permitting. My experience includes R&D, Tissue & Cell Culture, cGMP, Vivarium, Clean Rooms of various ISO standards, BSL 2-4, and Open/Closed Biologics.

Whether working with an existing tenant to seamlessly integrate their design criteria or creating speculative office and lab spaces to attract potential tenants, I ensure every project is tailored to meet market demands. By partnering with brokerage teams, we help potential tenants envision themselves in these thoughtfully designed spaces, enhancing the appeal and functionality of each property.
Warehouse | Industrial
Understanding the types and flow of materials in your warehouse or industrial facility is crucial for designing an efficient and effective space. There are numerous details to consider, and I am committed to addressing each one meticulously.
For facilities utilizing automation, specific electrical requirements must be met to ensure seamless operation. If your materials require tight tolerances for temperature or humidity, the HVAC systems will need to be upgraded accordingly. Additionally, depending on what you are storing and the configuration of your racks, enhanced fire suppression systems and appropriate permitting may be necessary.
